Synthesis of Luminous Material of SrO-TiO2-SiO2: Eu3+,Bi3+ by Sol-Gel Method

摘要: 用Sol-Gel法合成了SrO-TiO2-SiO2为基质、稀土Eu3+激活的发光材料;研究了材料的合成条件,测试了样品的激发光谱、发射光谱、X-ray衍射光谱等;用TGA-DTA分析了样品合成时的反应行为;获得了合成样品的最佳组成及最佳实验条件。Abstract: The luminous materials of SrO-TiO2-SiO2-SiO2:Eu3+,Bi3+ are synthesized by Sol-gel method.The condition of synthesis is studied.It is found that the compound with the formula 2SrO-4(TiO2,SiO2):0.12Eu3+,0.005Bi3+ gives.the strongest fluorescence.The excitation spectra,emission spectra and X-ray power diffraction pattern of the phosphor are also given.
