计算与抑制变频调速异步电动机稳态谐波电流与转矩的方法
Methods for Calculating and Restraining Steady Harmonic Current and Torque of Induction Motor Equipped with VVVF Converter

摘要: 通过分析异步电动机变频稳态运行时的谐波磁场,得到了电机谐波电流与脉动转矩的计算方法。研究表明,PWM波中3的整数倍谐波电压将不在电机中产生谐波电流、谐波转矩,而3K-1次谐波除了与3K-2次谐波电压一样产生相应的谐波电流、脉动转矩外,还产生制动性质的附加转矩及损耗,实验表明计算结果是可靠的。文中还提出了抑制谐波电流和脉动转矩的方法,如在SPWM生成中,采用较大的3的整数倍调制比。Abstract: The harmonic magnetic field under steady operation is analyzed, with computation methods for harmonic current and ripple torque of the induction motor obtained. Analysis shows that the 3Kth harmonic voltage does not initiate the harmonic current and torque while the (3K-1)th harmonic voltage not only produces the same harmonic current and ripple torque as the (3K-2)th harmonic voltage, but also adds a reverse torque to the fundamental and causes a loss. Experiments proves the correctness and effectiveness of the calculating results. Finally, a solution to restraining the harmonic current and ripple torque is suggested, ie a larger modulation frequency ratio of 3K is to be adopted, as it is used in SPWM.
