Abstract: In this paper, the problem of the stability for general neural network with time-delay is studied. By the method of variation of the parameters and the method of inequality analysis, the authors established sufficient conditions of the global exponential stability and the global k-exponential stability for general neural network with time-delay. the conditions are obtained by extending the result of Ref1.
