Abstract: A method for measurment of output light field distribution from LiNbO3 optical waveguide by optical scanner with two dimensions is presented. The facults of influnce to measuring accurancy and spacial resolution are analyzed respectively. This method is more suitable in large wavelength range compared with CCD camera.
