Abstract: This paper builds a dynamical system of competition trade betWeen tWo countries by considering intra-industry international trade and analyzes the stability of the system while the tariff and exchange rate are varying. This paper also investigates the competition price strategies of companies under the same circumstance, which is important both in theory and practice.
