ATM Photonic Switch Architecture Based on WDM Technology

  • 摘要: 提出了一种新型的基于波分复用(WDM)技术的ATM光交换模型,即广播选台的改进模型,有效地克服了广播选台式光交换固有的内部阻塞,提高了系统性能。缓存采用共享光纤环输入缓存方式,有效地节省了大量的光纤环,减小了交换机的体积。通过时该系统的性能分析,得到了较为理想的结果。

     

    Abstract: A new pattern ATM photonic switch architecture based on WDM technology is presented in this paper. Improved broadcast-tuning module is used in this architecture, which overcomes the internal cell-blocking and improves the system's performance.Using optical fiber circle for input buffer,a mount of optical fiber circle is saved. Hence, the bulk of the system is diminshed, which is proved to have good performance.
