MAGIC Simulations of A 3cm Relativistic Backward Wave Oscillator

  • 摘要: 运用全电磁的相对论的2(1/2)维粒子模拟程序MAGIC模拟分析了3cm相对论返波管中注波互作用的非线性过程,得到了器件微波输出功率、转换效率、工作频率、工作模式等参数,模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好。

     

    Abstract: A two and one half dimensional full-electromagnetic relativistic particle simulation code MAGIC is used to simulate the nonlinear process of beam-wave interaction in a 3cm relativistic backward wave oscillator.The device performance parameters such as operating frequency, power efficiency and radiation power are obtained.Particle simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
