Abstract: Molecular electronics is one of the novel research fields developed rapidly in recent years and its theoretical successes will result in the production of molecular electronic devices,which can be assembled by using the LB (Langmuir-Blodgett) film techniques.In this paper,the progress of molecular electronics and LB techniques are briefly reviewed,and their perspectives are discussed.
