Dielectric Resonator Suspended on E-Plane

  • 摘要: 提出一种E面悬置介质谐振器的结构,由于该结构一方面具有E面集成传输线的特点,能与各类E面电路构成集成化的稳频和滤波结构,同时,在毫米波段能获得比微带-介质耦合集成形式更高的Q值。该E面介质谐振器的研究结果,为E面集成传输线提供了一种高Q谐振元件,能扩大E面集成传输线的应用范围和元部件技术参数。利用矩形介质谐振器在Ka频段实现了3200的Q值。文中的理论分析经实验验证,具有较高的精度。

     

    Abstract: An E-plane suspended dielectric resonator structure specially suitable for millimeter wave is suggested in this paper,which is compatible with E-plane integrated circuits and can achieve much higher Q-factor than those of microstrip structure.This structure provides an approach for high Q-factor elements which could enlarge the application field of E-plane integrated circuits and improve their performance.A Ka and band E-plane suspended dielectric resonator is analyzed and tested,which achieves Q-factor over 3 000.
