Abstract: Calculation of double carry control,a cyclic control for both time sample and state variable is presented.The nonlinearity in a special bilinear system is simplified to a linear system which could be solved exactly.The rotation operator is introduced to manifest the change of proportional variable structure.The combination control of mode change in variable structure and digit simulation is expressed.The structure diagram for the control design is shown.
