双谱特征提取在欺骗式干扰方式识别中的应用

Bispectrum Feature Extraction Used in Deceptive Jamming Modes Recognition

  • 摘要: 为了识别出具体的欺骗干扰方式,从而使雷达有针对性地选择抗干扰方法,该文提出了基于双谱特征和模式识别技术的欺骗式干扰识别方法。该方法给出了欺骗式干扰的双谱分布和估计方法,在分析其分布特征和统计特性的基础上,定义两种特征因子;采用基于核聚类的支持向量机分类器,完成对不同欺骗干扰方式的识别;建立了完整的干扰模式识别模型。仿真实验表明,该方法对3种不同欺骗干扰方式的正确识别率高,而且基本不受干噪比影响。

     

    Abstract: In order to recognize the deceptive jamming mode to make radar more effective in chosing anti-jamming measures, a deceptive jamming recognition method based on bispectrum feature analysis and pattern recognition technology is proposed. In this method, the bispectrum distribution and estimation method of deceptive jamming is given firstly, based on its distribution feature and statistical characteristic, two feature factors of deceptive jamming are defined, and then the support vector machine (SVM) classifier based on kernel clustering algorithm is designed to classify the feature factors and to recognize the different deceptive jamming modes. Finally, the complete jamming mode recognition model is built and simulated. The results of simulation show that this model has high correct recognition rate for 3 different deceptive jamming modes and little affected by jamming to noise rate.
