数字地球中新的空间划分方法

New Method of Space Partition in Digital Earth

  • 摘要: 在构建适于飞行仿真的三维数字地球仿真系统中,对比了当前常用的等间隔空间划分和等面积空间划分两种方法的优缺点,基于间隔空间划分方法思想,提出了经度跨度加倍机制进行空间的划分。该方法通过不断地检测划分后地块的纬度线方向距离,如果该条带划分的地块纬度跨度代表的距离达到了经度跨度代表距离的2倍或以上,则减半该条带的划分数。通过经度跨度加倍方法对全球空间进行划分,保留了等间隔划分算法的优点,同时大大减少了数据冗余,并且可以有效解决视点范围内地块的覆盖不足问题。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes a new space partition method, which is used in the construction of three-dimensional digital earth simulation system for flight simulation. Through comparing the two space division methods, the same interval and the same area, the space partition method with double longitude span is proposed based on the method of the same interval space partition. The proposed method retains the advantages of the same interval space partition method while significantly reducing data redundancy, and can overcome the problem of the incomplete coverage in visual range.
