Reliability-Based Robust Design Method with Mixture of Random Variables and Interval Variables

  • 摘要: 将产品性能函数在指定百分位数处的波动作为产品稳健性指标,极限性能函数的区间可靠度大于可靠性指标作为约束,建立了随机变量和区间变量同时存在时的可靠性稳健设计单目标优化模型。为了提高可靠性优化设计问题的效率,将两个耦合的优化问题分解成两层结构优化设计问题,上层为稳健优化设计,下层进行可靠性分析计算。最后用减速器可靠性稳健优化设计问题验证所建立模型的效率和精度。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the fluctuation of the performance function at a given percentile is taken as product robustness index, and the interval reliability of the limit state function bigger than the reliability target is formulated as constraint, the reliability-based robust design single objective optimization problem is developed with the mixture of random design variables and interval variables. To improve the efficiency of probability design optimization problem, the two coupled optimization loops are decomposed into two level structure design optimization, the top level is robust design optimization problem, and the lower level is the reliability analysis problem. Finally, the reliability-based robust design of a reducer is presented to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.
