不同意识任务中心脑间谱相干分析

Analysis of the Spectral Coherence between Brain and Heart in Different Mental Tasks

  • 摘要: 大脑皮层的意识活动,如精神紧张、情绪激动等,均能增加器质性心脏病的发生率,因此高级神经中枢与自主神经的关系越来越为人们所关注。该文设计了数算应激和控制心率两种不同的意识任务实验,研究了被动调节和主动控制改变自主神经状态对心脏功能的影响。采用谱相干研究脑电信号与心电信号间功能耦合。研究结果表明,数算任务中央前区和后区都参与了与心脏的信息交换,而控制心率任务心脑信息耦合的部位主要集中在中央前区位置。数算任务和控制心率任务调节心脏自主神经活动改变心率的机制不同。

     

    Abstract: Mental activities can increase the incidence of malignant arrhythmia. Two different mental task projects, i.e. mathematical task and control of heart rate task, are designed to study the changes of cardiac function. The spectral coherence is used to analyze the coupling of electroencephalogram (EEG) and electrocardiograph (ECG). The results demonstrated that pre-central and post-central areas were participated in the information exchange of the heart during the mathematic task, while the information coupling between heart and brain for controlling heart rate task mainly concentrated in the central and pre-central areas.
