Synthesis of Luminous Material of SrO-TiO2-SiO2: Eu3+,Bi3+ by Sol-Gel Method

  • The luminous materials of SrO-TiO2-SiO2-SiO2:Eu3+,Bi3+ are synthesized by Sol-gel method.The condition of synthesis is studied.It is found that the compound with the formula 2SrO-4(TiO2,SiO2):0.12Eu3+,0.005Bi3+ gives.the strongest fluorescence.The excitation spectra,emission spectra and X-ray power diffraction pattern of the phosphor are also given.
