In this paper,a Brauer's theorem which is widely used is discussed.It is pointed out that the theorem is incorrect in theory.And the cassini domain Di,j=z∈C:|z-aii‖z-ajj| ≤ RiRj,i≠j is studied,then some useful results of Dij and estimates of eigenvalues are obtained.
